Reporting deann00 Otomeya for corp theft, blue shooting and antisocial behavior.
I flew with him in two corps. He stole from his friends in both corps, shot blues in the second corp, and struggled to behave and communicate like a normal person.
Theft:
- Refused to repay 2b in loans when departing the first corp
- Stole an assortment of ships and modules when departing the second corp
The loans and items stolen were from his good friends in the corps. These weren't planned thefts. He got bored of the corps (his words) and decided to steal from the people who trusted him most, good friends he'd known for awhile.
Blue shooting:
- Shot blues while in the second corp
- Blues shot were local corps we were aligned with as well as alts of corp members
The kills happened across several months. He had a different excuse each time... like bad overview, locked the wrong target, and other such nonsense. The management bought into it at the time, despite suspecting he might be lying. Now we know he was. In the drama surrounding his depature, he admitted he'd shoot blues anytime he thought he could get away with it.
Antisocial behavior:
- Lots of drama between himself and certain corp members / friendly local corps
- Struggled to communicate maturely, and at times even coherently
- Several wardecs and diplomatic issues as a result of his poor attitude in local and chats
- Killed alts of his friends while on comms with them because he was bored
- Threatened various people when they wouldn't help him cause more havoc upon his departure
The lack of loyalty is tied to a questionable personality more than a desire for ISK. Anyone is capable of a theft when enough ISK is involved, but it takes a "special" kind of personality to steal pennies from good friends, kill their alts, and threaten them, all out of boredom.
To be clear: None of these were planned things. This is just how he behaves when he's bored. If you recruit him and think you can trust him because he's flown with you for awhile, or because he has some good friends in the corp, you are mistaken. He was legitimately good friends with people in both corps, and those are the people he victimized the most, because they trusted him.
