Caldari presidents are not corrupted. Do not dream about free ISKs.

This thread is interesting. From what I have seen is,
1) Caldari are honest people.
2) Caldari are hardworking people.
3) Caldari are sincere people.
4) Amarr, Gallente, Minmatar are materialistic, easily bought and have no sense of political responsibility. Give them ISKs and they swear their loyalty. Sighs, there are things that can never be bought and this behaviour shows how cheap non-Caldari people are.

 Where exactly does it say that?
If you had noticed, no Caldari asked for ISKs or stuffs.
