On the contrary, the problem is the blob tactics of the Shermans. Totally overpowered IMO.
And close air support needs to be nerfed too.

blob tactics of the shermans gets pretty much whiped out with yer good ol' carpet bombing.

I find artillery is a good counter to most blobs, although for me the most irritating things are those units of 2 engineers the computer always seems to sneek behind your front lines to cut off your supply lines- especially in a map like red ball express
