Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening, whatever time it falls where you're at.
I wanted to reach out to you and offer you a chance to jump on coms and talk with my nerds and maybe find a place for your group in The Learn
Who are we and what the hell is The Learn?
Well, we are a bunch of old players that after doing the huge alliance game realized we wanna have fun, blow up nerds, make awful decisions while
having a blast without wanting someone screaming at us for creating content.. Its a game, its pixels... Our game is the friendships made, and the laughs had.
So what is the Learn... its your every day making fun of religious cults mindset. Only real rule if you wanna call it that is if you do something do it in the name
of the learn... as in if you learn from it thumbs up buddy, i aint gonna ***** at someone for trying something. Example here would be MV my corp built the APM- station
in fountain back in the day... awesome accomplishment right? Well we ****** up the first time we put it down it didnt deploy... had nerds blackout drunk babysitting this
damn thing... failed miserable... had to do it again the next night...
So what can we offer... Well as you can see The Learn was just created, its like building a house and planting grass seeds... gotta start somewhere.. In this case
we have an amazing IT nerd in corp that did some amazing things for us...
1. Mumble
2. Jabber
3. Forums/website
4. Ceo api services
5. Radio... I honestly think this is the best thing over everything else, he ran test radio when we were in test... the fun has just begun.
From a it standpoint and being in tech myself im beyond proud of my it nerd in corp, he did some amazing work for the learn...
I know the list is small but understand as bodies appear I can take the last 2 months of researching, scouting, planning, and move forward with amazing plans... Cause why not?
So the biggest other question is how would the alliance work, how do we divy up the cash income etc..
See this is where I think we stand above the others.. I am on the firm belief that everyone gets their equal cut. Understand my corp made its money while in test and nulli, its no
longer about the money for us, but i understand in a good world everycorp needs a cut and i'm even willing to ask my it nerd to give a view on my api keys and alliances api keys to
prove we are not ******* ceo's over..
In my world each corp gets a cut, alliance big umbrella needs a cut for srp etc etc expensives which at the end of the day should be open data to the ceo's.. at least the alliance end.
Or at least a way to prove X income from abc isnt being pillaged away.
How is the leadership thing going to work in alliance... Honestly at this point i listen to the nerds, because at the end of the day i report to them, and i drink with them once a year
in january in Milwaukee, WI... had 18 people this year come drink, eat, laser tag... Had people in other alliances show up.. At the end of the day its about friendships, pixels just
entertain us.
