I maybe able to answer most of these questions. Some of the questions are mysterious to even me.

[[ My name is Charles White. I'm a 55 year old guy that enjoys playing Eve as my hobby. My wife thinks I need medical help for my obsession with Eve Online because I love the game maybe a little too much. The doctors try to tell me that Eve is not real, but I told them that I saw a YouTube Video named "Eve is Real" and to leave me alone. I hide the meds in the house. In real life, I help fly real spaceships at NASA/JPL and at Fanfest 2015 I did a talk with fellow NASA Eve Players.

The reason my wife is a bit worried about me is I made my own green screen in the den and started recording my own YouTube videos called "Max's Sunday Sermons". I have not participated in the Forums here. My weapon of choice is the Eve Player Facebook Group. I presented my Amarr High Admiral's Jacket in a photo with my announcement that I got tickets to Fanfest 2015. I never been before and I was excited to go I had the Jacket made by a friend of mine here in the Hollywood, CA area. The Eve Players in the facebook group are responsible for giving me two titles that I took to heart. "Harbinger of Faith" and "Pope of New Eden". I told my jacket maker that we only had 30 days to create a Pope Robe and outfit for the CosPlay competition. I was so humbled that the outfits were a success and that I was surrounded by wonderful people with my same medical affliction.
I recommend anyone go to a live event and meet your enemies. You can sit and lift a drink and tell stories of the sorted things you do with their corpses in your hangers. That part of Fanfest I enjoyed the best.

So my Eve Player Details. I once was a noob member of Cry Havoc. I was Logistics 4 and just got to Logistics 5 when Cry Havoc disbanded. I spent a few years doing wormholes, then later RvB. I was a member of Black Core Alliance for a brief time. I was a member of Volition Cult in Providence too. I was never a Goon, nor were any of my alts.
While at Fanfest, Alex Gianturco met me and he told me about his plan. He told me he was a closet RP'r and wanted to do more, and bring the CFC along. I told him that I have an alt in Nulli Secunda and I will fight him with every battleship I have. His response... "I'm good with that". That right there is sportsmanship. (And it supports my multiple alt-personality too). F' the meds.

I enjoyed meeting the Sisters of Eve. Although during the Symposium, one of them gave me their Women's 'Gunner' Jacket (Sisters of Eve) as an offering. She left it in my compound quarters. Seems it too is a one of a kind custom made garment but it doesn't quite fit me. I think it hums on occasion. Pretty snazzy looking red and black leather.
Nice gals but they sure ask a lot of questions.

I'll try my best to explain...
The titles are traditional where a numbering system does not denote a physical count like parts out of a factory.
In my case, I have been the proponent of the Sixth Empire rising through my talks and sermons. If I were to become Emperor of Amarr, I would be Maximilian Singularity I as my option to choose a name, with a Clarion again decreeing 'first of his name' while at the same time I would also be Maximilian Singularity VI of the Sixth Empire (if it existed beyond an idea which it does not).
While it is not common sense, few things in tradition are. The great oracles of the sub-space networks is your friend but you will find Kings and Emperors of long ago and far away kingdoms with such declarations.
I did not choose these titles, but I have accepted them from my peers with honor and I hope I can only live up to the grace of their expectations.
