Ok heres my question Corp A and Corp B are at war. A member from corp A and Corp B are in the same gang. A member from corp C is invited to the gang. Corp C isnt at war with any corp. Because of the ganging with someone who is at war thing, Technically the members from COrp A and B should both be allowed to shoot COrp c member, Right?

You are always allowed to shoot at people in your gang.

Then CCP owe me a ship. I did this with a friend who was in a n00b corp and Concord gave me a ticket attached to several bits of ammunition.

To the 2nd poster: you are allowed to shoot, but with consequnces coming from Concord, you are only allowed to shoot members of the same player run corp or war targets for free.
To the OP: Considering C is aiding a wartarget for both A and B by joining that gang, C can be shot at by both and can't shoot them before they do (this is the extrapolation of the aggression rules)
Most probably you'll get to talk to the GM's once you start luring people into that trap-like situation if it stands true as described. I never tested a situation like this myself, so it could be well prevented already. Your best chance to get an answer whether it is allowed gameplay by filing a petition and asking the GM's.

The example you give is one of the many reasons that anytime most corps get War Deck'd all their pilots are ordered out of high-sec. It's just not worth risking losing ships to high sec hijinks...
