i have lost 2x cruisers by pirates. cause i got wtfpwnedpewpewlasergun by jammers.
now i try the luck in a crow, so i atleast look like i am something  .
im looking for a ratting build for 0.0 ratting. i am a amarr but use caldari ships. and are trained in missiles/rockets/rails. i cant use tech II yet. but working on it.
i need to know what is the best setup for ratting in 0.0 and what to stay away from.
and also what i should train to get even better.
i have engeneering/elec/elec upgrade at 5. and most others at lvl 3.
so all throw in what you think would be a good build. and also what is good to train for better use of my crow.

I'm sorry but interceptors are truely way too fragile to npc with, unless you use light missiles on your crow, which will leave you with too low dps to kill anything worthwhile.
Your best bet would be an assault frig and keep a close eye on local. Blasterharpy could be decent for 0.0 ratting, but it'll take a while to destroy battleships.

To be perfectly honost a crow isnt good for ratting,but that being said you can rat battlecruisers in it...
Highs:arb rockets cloaking device.
Mids:web shield booster t2 AB
Lows:one BCU one powerdiag two if you can fit them but i think you might have powergrid or cpu issues.
The cloaking device is there incase you need to duck out.

Taranis with Blasters in Syndicate works quite well actually.
Just pop the frigs/destroyers first and the BSs can't hit ****.

Blasterpy would take too long to get a decent isk/time ratio.
Cerberus/Deimos would do way better.

you can rat decently fast in a crusader against bloods/dark bloods... no problem at all killing battleships... 4x gatling 2s (conflag), AB2, rep2, 3x HS2 (108 DPS against popes)
an enyo will ruin guristas, haven't tried it with a taranis but it seems like it might lack the DPS and tank... enyo with 4x ion2s (void), AB2, web, rep2, 2x MagFS2, thermic plating2, hornet II (133 DPS against usurpers)
the crow in my opinion can't rat BSs, simply cause of its weak DPS... yeah it hits 100% of the time, but its DPS falls short of other ratting frigs (close range with 2+ damage mods and tech 2 ammo)... it's a great inty otherwise, but if you wanna stick to caldari for ratting, you'll have to upgrade
