OK I have recieved a couple of offers now on this bpo.
I have recieved one in this thread, and one via eve-mail for 1.5 billion. For the piece of mind of all involved I am working to get the bidder to put his bid here as well.
IF this is done the bid will stand and the reserve for the auction will have been met. It will sell.
I will be editing the original post with an auction time limit so that it is not drawn out forever.

buyout is a good 400M more than this is worth. might want to think about lowering it if you want any chance of selling. ME 20 PE 10 is only 3 and a bit weeks research in a mobile lab...

Im wondering a few things. The first of which is who designated YOU as the who sets prices here in the sale order forums? Secondly if you haven't be designated as such who the hell do you think you are comming into a thread and posting such BS?
Not all people have access to mobile labs. Not everyone is willing to take the effort to maintain a POS in empire or 0.0. Not everyone has the desire to deal with them (POS'es). Not all people are willing to risk flying about with a nearly a billion isk in thier cargo hold in 0.0. I have taken that risk. A buyer does not have too. As for the worth of the bpo, I piddle with this bpo and manage to sell aprox 300 units a month with it. I make a profit of 2 mil per unit.... do the math. Thats 600 mil a month. PROFIT. And I dont even push the bpo at all. I build about 100 or so every 10 days. If I pushed the bpo I could knock out about 140 to 150 a week ( I dont remember the exact figures but its in that range) And they will sell at that rate. The amount of profit from this bpo is actually pretty good. IMHO way better than many out there. And unlike BS BC and other BPO's even though there are more barge bpo's than there were in the past there is still no where near the compition for these.
Buyout options are high for a reason. They end the auction immediatly right there on the spot. People are paying for the bpo right then and there. To avoid the whole auction process. It adds to the price. If that increases what the bpo is sold for so be it.
As for your price you're on *****. I see them sold all the time here 1.1 to 1.2 billion all the time unresearched.
Now on a personal note I think it's pretty low to enter another thread and do anything other than bid on it. Lower still to do as you have done.
Unless you have something positive to say, or a bid to make, simply stay out of it. If it sells the market will support it. You think it's too high you are welcome to your opinion. But I would review the rules and keep the opinion to yourself.

Well this is niether possitive nore negative, only ment as constructive. I've been runing these BPOs into empire for 2 months now. Your right these are an excellent isk making bpo due to the follow fact.
1. They research so dam fast.
2. There not as available as the other bpos on the market, by this i mean safe and easy to source to all.
3. They produce so quick both ships and BPC
The above is why i own 2x Covetors and make almost 1bil a month just from BPC's
However the price is not so good for these as it once was in the sence that they are not as rare to find for sale, this is due to many poeple like my self in the past and present running them in to empire for a fee normally 10% above NPC price. this solves a big part of POINT 2. above.
As for researching, there is so many research labs out there now, owned by corps and players this solves the research issue if you wanted it quick.
To add, with a mobile lab i could have it match your reseach within 3 week, and if i even thought i could get what your reserve was on a regular basis never mind your buy out i would be researching them my self for resale, the simple fact is its not worth that in a lot of poeples eyes because of how much easyier you can get one, and how easy you can research one and how quick also.
Battleship bpos fetch more on the pre-research market because of how long they take. all this is what relects a true market price.
If i was you a 1.4bill offer is very very good and would bite the persons had off.
As i say this was not ment to troll your thread but just show maybe why the other guy posted like i have also, but hopefully the above will illitrate the reasons why.

Good god!
Either bid on it or DONT. If you dont want to bid keep your danged coments to yourself. Seems pretty simple to me. It may be a stretch for some I know. But either bid or dont.
Lets review. The reserve for the auction is EXACTLY where each of you that have decided to grace my thread with your wonderful presense and knowledge says it should be. Again I must have missed the memo where folks here were made into the price cops.
Do I KNOW the buyout is high. Without a doubt. I allready have multiple in game offers well over the reserve, I have had conversations with people about selling it over the price you have set. I will not post an ingame bid, nor will I honor any bid that is NOT posted here. Everything I do on this sale forum will be above board and beyond reproach. Having said that I have had offers well over the 1.3 to 1.4 that you claim is as much as I can get for it. Again if the market will support it who made you the person to say it is wrong? Would I like it if it sold for the buyout, without a doubt. It is high to both encourage the bidding process as well as to give an option for someone that would rather have it RIGHT NOW and is willing to pay for it.
Again if you have a bid the reserve is 1.4 billion you can start there if not, thanks and drive through.
