Are you looking for one where you can enter prices from various regions for items and track trends? Ive got one (currently revising it tonight) where I track market prices in multiple regions to find the best markets for our sales. You have to visit the region and enter the prices from the market but the sheet does the rest and tells you where to sell. Im revising it tonight trying to add a graph to it that'll track certain items I'm most interested in.

Here you go Proton I wasnt able to get the charts working (yet) but here is the early version of it. It should work for you for now and I'll post the updated one once the charts and tables are all working properly.

I'm not sure if this will be useful to you or not. (But for the sake of the topic name I'll put it here for whoever wants it)
Its a spread sheet that I am working on that calculates profit while looking at buy/sell orders. I open the market, with this spread sheet next to me. Look for higher buy orders than average sell orders. I put in my max ship cargo. I look at the weight of the item, type that in. It calculates how many of that item I can haul at once. Put in the buy order price, and the cheapest sell order price and it calculates a rough profit margin. If it seems worth it, I gather up the items and drop them off. Im currently working on the "Trade Log" part at the bottom.

You got me inspired to do my own one which was a little bit more advanced. However, I skipped a specific Log part, but instead put in room for a total of 30 routes, so it could be used in that way aswell.
Also features: Ship-decider (up to 3 different ships to maximize Isk/h, it will tell you which) Isk/H Isk/J Conditional Color formatting Transaction tax
It's not 100% complete, are some more stuff that can be thrown in, but that would be done at some other point, feel free to send any ideas or things you might want in it, and I might get my butt to it faster :)
Feel free to have a lookie:

Excel (2003 atleast) has got a very very very very very good tutorial built in. Press F1 and search for the vlookup function, and read read read and experiment.
