Impossible to tell; the only thing we know is it would be bloody. I'd place bets on BoB/MC vs. ASCN/D2, but it'd be one hell of a fight.

Pretty sure it would happen if Outbreak wanted it to happen tbh , of course if they both wanted it to happen it would happen , anyway knowing alot of the peeps in Outbreak I'd say they'd win against alot of corps and alliances as said based purely on the fact I know alot of them , lots and lots of fleet wombat .
Not to make anyone feel bad just I don't know many people who aren't from the south.

Well since Leno is like the biggest noob ever, Outbrake will have a lot of friendly fire under his command.
MC are our alts and since I can't be arsed to play with my alt MC won't be logged on at all.
BoB only use hax and exploits so we would get banned.
And ASCN are so crappy that CYVOK will come in his titan killing everyone including him self.
E-R are just too uncool to be there at all.
And that is what would happen.

TBH I'd be happy to fight BOB, and so would the rest of the MC - they'd be stellar enemies and I'm sure they'd think the same of us. The employer would just have to offer us enough money so it'd be worth it. Let's see, three outposts plus POS infrastructure in period basis, multiply by the square root of Seleene's hair length, divide by the employer's ego, then cube it because we rock ...
My guess is 90 billion up front, 15-20 billion per week thereafter.
