uh... those are lights on the walls of the station interior that just happen to be arranged in two dashes like the mid slot icon.
try rotating your camera.
otherwise, these things are too rounded to be icons, thus, if not lights on the station wall behind your user interface, then they were drawn on in paint (not meaning to imply anything, just keeping all the possibilities covered).

isnt stiletto the ship type(in this case, stiletto :p) and amarr shuttle the name given to it(rightclick ship, name)
anyway, jsut what am I looking at here, 4 dots in fitting screen, what did you do to make this happen, can you make it happen again and what not
posting a screenshot wiht some seemingly graphical ****ch isnt really a bug report, its more like going to the police station and saying you saw someone dricing trough red and leaving it with that :p
