Hi, am interested to find out, based on your experience and knowledge base, which race and bloodline can produce a rather equilibrated atributes character. What I'm not interested in is a character with lot's of intelligence and memory and very little perception and willpower or the other way arround. What I'm interested in is a character that could end with like high int and perception, a bit lower memory and willpower and the lowest will be charisma.
I am not interested much in the starting skills of such a character as I will train it up anyways and I find the starting atributes more important and will help training learning skills also.
Thank you.

The cookie cutter answer is Caldari Achura, which can have balanced everything except charisma.
Be warned, Kali will make charisma based skills more important.

Caldari Archura is the best.
If you are making a combat character, you should have skills in the following order: Perception, Memory, Willpower, Intelligence, Charisma
(many people think intelligence is higher but they are wrong, if you put a skill plan into evemon and see what gives you more sp/hr in the long run, intelligence is 4th place).
This is all pre-Kali but I seriously doubt that Charisma is going to be removed from last place.

Hmm strange, I did that and int was 2nd (mem 3rd, will 4th). I have quite a few skills planned in Engineering/Electronics tho.

My plan was for about 400 days and roughly with skills that I have. I have skills to fly recon, hac, af, battleship, t2 drones, t2 guns on all ships, t2 mods on all, level 5 skills accross gunnery. a bit of EW support skills but nothing magor, usually 3's with a few 4s. For engineering I have shield HP / regen and cap base / regen at 4 for regen and 5 for HP (or vice versa, don't remember).
Anyways, I'm wondering if we have different results because of what we see as important skills or if it's the length of the plan. If it's preference, then I guess I should not be so firm in my assertion that int is 4th. If however, you're plan is just shorter than mine, then my claim stands.
