why the hell doesnt it fit into your head that an outpost changed ownership in bob 'controlled' territory? its completely uninteresting which pet alliance was in control of it before tbh. thats how people see it.
you want to be in control of that area of space, you 'own' it, now live with the fact that your chosen janitor is not able to protect 'your' assets. no need for the forum warriors to get active, this one is already lost.

So what now?, The enemy alliance have left the area they call home. The fight from them has gone, yeah they will say "no im in Fountain, celes suck" but 1 or 2 does not an alliance make.
I could say WTS: Outpost. I could tell the lads to live in peace, maybe settle down with a overweight Amarian woman, or maybe a overweight Amarian mountain sheep?.
Grow rich and fat from the fruits of Fountain?. That isnÆt really us though is it now?. Do we really need an outpost?. Or more important, do we really want one?.
We all know a certain rebel alliance could easily take ôOURö outpost back . But I think we all know how much of an amazing campaign fountain has been for us. Would losing the outpost be that big a deal when we done nothing to build it?. Maybe it would even be a relief; if we give it back to the alliance will they fight us again?. Or will the ppl we really want to fight come back and retake it for them, in this trying to rebuild the union which must be shattered. surely?
People have commented on how the leaders of celes apoc have pointed the corp in a different direction, how we should have got involved in pos or outposts, I think its been great for us, corp numbers have grown close to 130, members online at one point hit 45. More important, its been something different, iv learned a lot, and so have the boys.

Originally by: Gungankllr Well done to the men and women of Celestial Apocalypse at liberating the Fountain Region.
After looking over the Band of Brothers killboards over the last month or so, it may be appropriate at this time for Corporations and Alliances that are living under the shadow of BoB to see how much support they can expect from the vaunted Band of Brothers alliance.
They lifted nary a finger to help Xelas defend their space.
I mean BoB's soverign territory.
Well, what I really mean is BoB's soverign territory, which Xelas lived in.
Well, what I should really say is BoB's soverign territory, which Xelas lived in, which Band of Brothers stood by and watched as their "allies" were routed.
It kind of reminds me of the days when FA "owned" 5-6q, and CFS was fighting off hordes upon hordes of enemies.
They sent one ship to help, and his only job was to retake the station, to make sure FA still got their taxes.
Propaganda or not, spinning or not, the truth is you guys left your "allies" high and dry when they needed you.
Perhaps it was more tactically sound to stay in PS than worry about Fountain?
I don't know, I think the general membership of Eve will have to look at the situation in its entirety and make a decision of their own.
I try to stay away from all the posturing and diatribe here on these forums, and stick with the truth.
Sometimes it hurts, but at least I can be honest with myself.
So your strategic advice would be to turn our back on the gorilla to swat the flies?
ASCN strategic thinking ftw.

Oh look it's an anti-bob uninvolved newb alt posting from a mock corp in order to get around the non-alt rules posting in the corp and alliance discussion thread. How positively rare.
If you think I am an alt you need to do your research. This is the main character on this account, he has plenty of SP and kills to back that up.
But I suppose its easier to make baseless accusations, and ignore the content of my post. Well done.

lol i love how all the Alliances that have lost their space or had it trimmed down to one system are going "omg you have too much space, you cant protect it" lol Thats utter bull**** lol It wasnt our place to defend a xelas outpost which they will retake once ASCN clears out of fountain to try an protect Paragon Soul. Our pilots are focused and are all on the frontline unlike ASCN, if we wanted to we could break up and go to fountain etc but Celes just aint worth it and are not a plesure fighting so why bother ? We have seen what happens when you split your force up to go look for targets in our space, you lose a part of your own space. You know where we are darth, but your too scared to actually come fight those you hate so much so you settle with ganking Xelas far far away from our main fleets.
Delve/Nol.... lol go for it. It wont be nearly as easy as the Xelas outpost and you havnt got the balls or the power to do it.

rly.. well the current situation shows that BoB are not able to take on a big opponnent while protecting their own space. That, pr definition, means you have more space than you can actually protect. Judging from this, the only reason BoB have been able to keep so much space sofar has been cause no big entities (if there ever were any big enough?) have ever decided to have a go at BoB space from several angles at once, ie the BoB southern borders have always been fairly safe due to ASCN's non expandatory policy, hence 'real' aggression from the south was never an issue, leaving the BoB forces to focus on smaller areas further north when needed (phew long sentence :D). Now BoB have opened themselves to attack in the north by going after a southern front, and the fact that they are loosing space proves they are streched too thin and far from being the 'uber' alliance they always try do depict themselves to be on these very forums. Noone argues BoB arent good. They are. But this goes for several alliances in this game. BoB just got a reality check. Now eat ur peas kids

Not sure thats quite true, Celes with help from alot of ASCN including cap ships took an outpost from well no offence Xelas but quite a small emeny.
But bottom line once ASCN move out I doubt Celes will really want to look after it themselves or maybe they will who knows.
PS. Jud get a new sig ffs its been months
