Ive done many a mission in my time and have come to the conclusion there all pants.
Yeh they make u isk and what not but its the same old stuff over and over again, I think a new set of missions would be a cool idea or somehow a ccp gizmo that randomly generates missions but that would be impossible.

Heh, having played DAoC, SWG, WoW and now EVE, i can't help but laugh a bit at this :p.
The missions/quests whatever are always the same anyway in all games, just shoot up, kill xx number of couple bad guys that are layed out a bit differently and have different skins... it's all the same. Took you long enough to find out though .

I get up everyday, eat, work, have diner, do other stuff and go to bed again. Why? What is it good for? We ARE going to die for sure, sometime, and until that moment we do the same thing over and over again...
To get back to EVE and repetition: you do your thing because and as long as you like it. If you dislike it, try something else.

Dude I second that one, they are all pants.
I miss the good old days of early 2005 or before where a GE didnt have EW (a very unrealistic flavour of it too) and made you 40+mil in bounty alone. This meant
more ppl with more isk
more ppl that can afford to lose ships
more ppl that would pvp
less carebearing.
little empire wars didnt scare ppl, they were embraced and fun.
but now its low isk, tedious, and those that pvp now are small elite squads with t2 EW cruisers, 7km/s stababonds extended tackling stababonds, nice squad, but merciless vs new players or solo pvpers.
And dont anyone dare come back with oh well go to 0.0 and earn isk taht way, I can see fine well the millions that the 3 account single player users have and that is not how I wish to spend my time in eve, mining ores in the back end of some uninteresting static 0.0 region then travelling 30 jumps to find a target (elite squad) where most of the time your commited to a laggy fleet and a bad FC could lose your ship.

Really? I took a break from misions to go PvP for ages and the missions that were redone in the last patch now look cooler (nicer scenery). They are a bit repetitive, yes, but you can avoid burning out on them by doing something else for a bit.
