Hey fellas,
Can someone tell me everything there is to know about jump clones? I think it's the answer I'm looking to protect my implants but I'm not too sure. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Ras. That small guide shed some light on the topic. Another question though. If I jumped to a clone and then got podded, do I get sent back to my backup clone and will it retain all my immplants?

Each jump clone can have its own set of implants. If you lose a pod, you lose the implants.
If you JC from, say, Essence to Stain, and then get podded in Stain, you will end up in the station in Stain where your JC was located; without your implants, ofc.

Just to clarify, if you are at A with implants installed, your medical close is at B and you have a JC at C. If you jump to your JC in C you leave your implant in a JC in A.
If you then get podded with the JC at C you wake in your medical clone in B. Your JC in A is still there and still has the implants.

However if you were in A when you got podded, you would still wake up in B, but your implants would be gone.
There is nothing stopping you from putting implants in more than one clone. Continuing the example above, if A has +3's, and you want to upgrade to +4's you could load those into C and have implants in both until you get podded in one of them. Likewise you could buy another JC to house those implants if you want.

I have a related question about jumpclones and implants. I was in a clone last night which has no implants. As I stopped my skill training in preparation for a clone jump, I noticed the skill training time. After clone jumping to my clone containing implants and started the skill up again, the training time remained the same. What's up with that?

It could be that you were still free-riding on some implants you had when you were last podded.
