wait, AFAIK, Tech 1 expanders BPO's were released via the Tech 2 lottery. So only the few Tech 1 BPO owners can make Tech 2???

Afaik both those BPO's arent available, maybe the introduction of invention will actually mean the TI BPO's taht either arent seeded or have been available but are no longer might actually get market seeded.
I know by reading the kali forum theres some calls for stuff to be seeded.

I logged off to let other folks play around, but I remember seeing the stats on Expanded Cargohold II's being 27.5%, which is also the new increase for the Local Hull versions. Cap Relay II's recharge at 24%, keeping them below faction 25%... I think the shield boost penalty was 11%.
In any case, it looks like they've already made stat adjustments in anticipation of the introduction of these new modules.

ABOUT **** TIME!!!
I have been wainting SPR II's and DCU II's for so long.
The Ferox can be passive tanked to the stars with SPR II's acording to quick fit. I can't wait to see what the Drake will pull off.

No, you're mistaken the bpos were realesed through the t2 lottery, as well as shield boost amps.

That's not BPOs, that's BPCs. I believe I read somewhere that someone got their hands on a 100 run Damage Control II BPC
Edit: Forgot to say, that invention will still not be possible on the items in OP unless a) the BPO has been seeded and b) the chance of creation is greater than 0.00.
In other words, they might have an invention tab, but that doesn't mean they'll be available.
