This is more pointless than a thread about which dev would look better in a pink dress on a sunny day. Whether your frat brothers were "acting" or merely drunk and saying what they thought is irrelevant. The fact of the matter is that it's still in the movie. I really doubt anyone is going to believe you and in all honesty why would they? It's not like the frat would admit it anyways. This is going to be viewed as a covering your arse attempt. Whether you did anything wrong or not. As for the law suits hmm. Those could honestly take some effect. All they really have to do is convince a judge that your frat creates a hostile enviroment for minorities and they can slap you with a huge fine or close your chapter. What you need for your defense is frat brothers in good standing to testify that your chapter doesn't treat anyone differently etc. So best of luck in your case and now I really need to go see that movie.

They all dress alike, talk alike and act like retards. When a group of them tries to get in my bar, usually all of them wearing a pink polo over a green Abercrombie t-shirt and crooked Frat-hat, I like to make them unpop their collars and straighten their hats in front of all their dumb little friends. And if I see the word "Abercrombie" twice anywhere on their body, they don't get in at all. Also, they all have crotch rockets and/or Talons. The moderators here are excellent at policing signatures.
