It was soon brought to my attention that apparently we are the first alliance in EVE to have built one of each type of outpost! This came as a complete surprise, but according to EVE Strategic Maps, it is the truth. I often see EVE as the ultimate version of the old Master of Orion games. We in the MC realize that it is about more than just the shooty part of the game and that drives us to prove over and over again that quality truly exceeds quantity. Some often forget that we are not the size of the "mega" alliances of EVE. MC has always been a small and dedicated group of players. In our entire existence, I do not think that we have ever crossed the 150 player mark. Many people made this achievement possible, and I wish to give thanks to all members of the MC, past and present, for your dedication and sacrifice. We would like to thank FIX for attending the event this morning ("You're doing what?? Can we come look??") and adding to the drunken / sleepless parade of carriers and such on the gate. We also had a special VIP show up who I'm sure will post his take on the event soon as well. And so... PICS! Friday Night Freighter Op #1 Friday Night Freighter Op #2 Comps ready to go! Anchoring Egg Jumping in even more Carriers Camping #1 Camping #2 Hauling Can Spam Innominate Nightmare's 1,000 Tritanium (hauled in a shuttle) Inside the Egg Where T3 Planetery Bombardment Cannons will be invented! Oh, and I'm sure many will say that the Caldari station sucks. Why build one? Well, we hope that one day CCP will bless us with some useful add-ons / upgrades. Until then, we figured... "Why the hell not?" Cliff Notes version - One-hundred people have built four outposts in less than a year in the same constellation and one of each type. We rock. It's a shame that the gallente and caldari outposts are so bad though, you guys would probably be better off with building another minmatar or amarr outpost. I've been told i look like Oveur, however i disagree it is he that looks like me
