One problem with T2 ammo is that the penalties are the same globaly. L,M, and S all have the same penalty within a given group. On top of this the penalties stack. This means that a Raven for example can feild the torps that slow you down without much of a care while the Crow pilot can not (the penalty negates the ships use).
T2 ammo should be better than its T1 counter part and I certainly like the idea that it is unique in its benifits. Penalties are also a good idea in order to maintain balance.
However the stacked penalties that hit at speed or cap on ships that are designed for, rely on, or just don't have much to spare of those assests means that the ammo is a pain.
TBH I think that if they just droped the stacking penalty it wouldn't be so bad, but mabey that is a bit too extreme. Small, medium, and large ammo should each be different so as to reflect their differing roles.

Very good idea. I like the thought that you could hit a ship with a penalty that matters, but doesn't crippple the ship.

I completely agree. With the current status of T2 ammo, there is no reason for me to even think about using it on my harpy.

The way I see it, tech 2 ammo costs so much more that the penalty is in its price. Get rid of the additional penalties, and it evens out across all races. Yes?

Problem is Isk is not a problem for some. Those rich enough will get unlimited access to better ammo.

Yeah, it also extra-penalizes ships that have more turrets/launchers. They should just balance the penalties for the intended effect and apply it once, especialy now that T2 ammo is less powerful all around in Kali.

the only one i don't understand is with every other high damage ammo each race gets kiccked in the nuts by two different negatives,
Except for Amarr who have Gleam give a -to shild hp.....!! WHO CARES!
