The subject of the new 'Emperor' has been a topic of much discussion over recent weeks.
Many are unhappy with the result of the championship - some to the point of revolt! Others simply see this as the natural grievance of pilots whose own preferred 'Heir' lost and hope that everyone will settle down and avoid a civil war!
To get a feel for the overall response to the new Emperor we have produced a poll on our public boards www.pie-inc.com in the news and announcements section!
You do have to register if you wish to vote!

Well atm I think most of you seem willing to give the new Emperor the benefit of the doubt... but that could change - vote now!

People should read the news before voting - it has already begun although he *has not been inaugurated yet*.

This is true.
He is still the Emperor to be - there has been no word of his crowning etc.

Your routes of travel apparently take you far from station services and newsholo's. Emperor Doriam I has indeed been crowned.

Well so far the results are this (17 votes)
So what do you think about the succession?
The Emperor was fairly selected and we owe him our loyalty
35% [ 6 ]
The 'Championship' was a farce and therefore the results shouldn't stand
5% [ 1 ]
That the 'failed' heirs should now commit suicide for the good of the Empire
5% [ 1 ]
That the 'failed' heirs should revolt and thrust Amarr into civil war
5% [ 1 ]
That opponents of Doriam Kor-Azor should only attack him if he breaks from Scripture
47% [ 8 ]
