ok honesty was the best policy, and it didnt ruin anything, i also have a hangover again, but i did stay with her last night, and after getting her name, the spelling thing probably woulda worked her name is deana

I have done almost this exact same thing twice. What I did, was to strike up a conversation about driver's license pictures. They'll say somelike like "oh mine is horrible!" and you'll come back with "Yours can't be worse than mine!".

One time my buddy met some chick at a party, she tells him her name and goes "if you spell it right ill [sleep with] you" Took him 3 tries. But hey, he remembered her name despite being plowed. Although I have to say, if he wasn't drunk he probably wouldn't have wanted to know her name...woof.

Write her number down on a piece of paper and hold onto it. Delete it from your phone and tell her you dropped it earlier and the card came loose and if she wouldn't mind putting her info back into it for you.
Or you could just do the easy/smart thing and show some class

If she gets ****ed and doesn't wish to go out with you well that's not exactly a bad thing. It just means that's not the right gal for ya.
If you're just looking to get laid however try this.
Use Hey darlin or hey sweetheart (works great if you're southern and she isn't. I used this a lot before I met my current gf and ,yes, I am a guy.) Then sleep with her and call out any random name. Chances are you'll call out the wrong one (make sure you've finished first) and when she slaps you and leaves you will have accomplished two things.
You will now have her name and have been laid.
(Yes, I know how wrong this is.)
