About my main: >20m SP Leadership specialist: Squadron Command, Armor-, Siege- and Skirmish warfare all @lvl5 (Charisma @29). Keep in mind all the forth coming changes to gangs  .

Well gotten quite a few offers thank you ppl. Few worth considering as well  .
The edit of my original post was on the point of: ...Armor-, Siege- and Skirmish warfare specialization all @lvl5
For the of my Charisma skills; when char was conceived the calculation was made that down the road the attribute would get a fair boost, as it has and will. I may never be able to use the pilot to kill an uber pvp'er in a 101 situ: then again the kind of statistical bonus I field by my mere precense in a gang is more than a factor:
Say you are in gang of 100 pilots and some one sudenly increses your
shield HP +15%
shield resist +10%
shield cap use -15%
MWD boost +10%
lock time -10%
armor resist +10%
armor repair speed -10%
all at once; to all gang members.
Makes for a really happy FC.
