I am going to vote, will check when I get back to work.
Meaning, 15 min before 20:00 wxtends it 15 min until there are no bids ok? I will be online once I return.

Sounds like the intent is if there are ANY bids within 15 minutes of Auction close time then auction is extended 15 minutes past that bid and so on. So technically auction was open until 15 minutes after your bid which was placed on 19:49 so formally the auction remained open until 20:04.
Whatever George decides is fine. Regardless of who wins it is a very nice character at a wonderful price.

Yes, my intent was that any bid in the last 15 min before the close (19:45-20:00), so the bid at 19:49 extended it. Thus, the way I see it ParadoxMan has the winning bid. If there are hardfeelings or whatnot, I'm online and we can all sit down and chat it through.
