Ran numerous sites recently with very few ribbons. I have never run sites with at no ribbons. Now I have run multiple with very few. several with zero..... 
Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I suggest running C3 sites in 1b Gilas.

I've already noticed this. I'll jump into a system and there will be clusters of wrecks. People aren't even bothering to salvage anymore, they just grab their MTU, scoop the blue loot and leave. |

Most probably the PvEler got killed and the PvP group just don't care / bother to salvage them. Check next time for a non-Sleeper-Wreck ;) Quite often you'll see one ^^, a Gallente or Caldari in most cases  . |
