will they have stacking penalty for using the same bonus rig.
EI: Iam thinking 1 10% ROF on my Cerberus for pvp.

Yes, they do have stacking penality.
Last time I checked, they were penalised SEPARATELY from similar modules on ship.
But some dev (can't recall who) said he *thinks* it's a bug, and the intention was to stacking-nerf it all together (I just hope that dev was either in a hurry, misinformed, or both).

Could some one care to explain why Tier 2 BC drake gets to have 3 Rigs, while the nighthawk gets 2? were is the fairness in this.
it all ready out damages the NH in other than Kenetic.

Roxanna, I think t2 ships gets nerfed in Revelation, they only get 25% extra hiptoints while t1's get 50%, and only 2 rigs in stead of 3... I mean wtf?

Is it possible that tech 2 ships will be the only one able to use tech 2 rigs? Maybe that's why they can only use 2?
I really have to read about calibration...
Remember that when coming out, tech 2 was nerfed a lot more than normal, then unnerfed slowly to prevent abuse. So the devs can see how things are going.
Any killer setup will surely be nerfed beyond recognlition. |

Consider t2 ships to be pre-rigged - their systems are already so tricked-out, upgraded, and modified that there's not a whole lot of room left for further adjustment and jury-rigging.
Of course that only works from a fluffy perspective; I suppose it's a question of how well the ships stack up in real combat conditions...

also i think its fair caladari got the best Tier 2 BC, makes up for us having ****ty Command ship.

Because they decided Tech 1 ships get 3 rig slots and tech 2 ones get 2 rig slots. That's just the way it is.

maybe t2 ships get more calibration pts thus allowing for better rigs to be used than the t1 ship which has more slots but less calibration, just a guess though
maybe that nighthawk can fit a rof and dmg rig while a drake can only fit 1 dmg rig and 2 crappy ones or something?

Isn`t that what people tell about amarr or gallente problems, just train up another race.
