The drugs market really is out of control and awash with seedy types.
I would recommend instead pursuing an honest and respectable career and not contributing to the delinquency of pilots in highsec.

Most of them can be bought in jita and bpcs are not illegal so you can move them easily

You need to find the right source :) I don't have any more standard's in stock, but I do believe I have some improved drop bpc's if you're looking. I also have some gas and pure standard drop booster. Looking to buy some? |

There isn't too much in the way of uncontrolled markets, except with boosters, which is what everyone else is saying, but it would be an idea to look into the markets that don't take to the actual market in EVE. What I mean by this is the Blueprints market, Corpse market and Character market. These don't get too much of a control or a look at, especially the Corpse market. |
