Try logging in to NOT start another skill training....
Are you getting any error messages?

There is propably a icon on your desktop called
 Connect to internet
clagnuts> im drunk just come back from pirates night in spain , wtf i thought it was some eve guys getting together for a drink , turned out to be a feken real pirates show , doh |

I've recently reduced the frequency of my getting stuck by reinstalling.

If u getting stuck on the character selection screen, delete ALL your cach, that fixes it for me.

if your char is in tash-murkon, its stuck atm...
