Same problem. Random drops, sometimes every few min. Also from The Netherlands, and my problems started since last upgrade as well.

I ran the program pingplotter and when i got disconnected the table showed an error and large packet loss from nr. 6 through 12.
So it's defenitely an isp problem somewhere.

Getting really annoying 
Can't ratt without loosing my drones... cant take out carrier... cant do much of anything.
Same ip's giving the problems. If ccp wants, have big log files saved from PingPlotter.

Any chance we are from same country since you disconnect at same times as me? Netherlands here.
Btw guys, i dont think this is a problem at CCP but at one of the isp's on route to ccp servers. But would be great if CCP could use it's 'influence' to perhaps solve this problem soon anyway.

Had only one disconnection last night (really late) and also lag spikes.
I hope things will keep improving like this.
