With the RMR Data Dump and a few hours staring at the map on the test server I made a 2D map of the new regions introduced with Kali. It has all the entry points and (I hope) all the new regional jumps in it.
Warning, 3000x3500 png ahead: New regions
A few things aren't included because they're not in the data dump and I've got no clue how to get it out of the test patch, like true security and ice fields. The number of belts are in ()'s.

 Man that's just way ghey with the trojans in the back. Why should there be a way to go from the depths of one region to another and from Venal and Tenal especially, at least optically they seem to traverse jove restricted space.
No the backstory with the smuggler gates doesn't apply here as these would be just recently discovered, quite some fancy penmanship will be needed to overwrite this tragedy.
As excited I was about the rogue drones and the non-fantastic loot of the regions as disappointed am I now with CCP selling it all too cheaply.
What use is the supposed vast worlds if travelling them seem like a walk to the convenience store?

You're missing the new inter-region jumps there. For example, EJ-5X2 - IAMJ-Q
Otherwise very nice though :)

Maybe the jumpgates will be built by the Rogue Drones? As it is now, most of the Acceleration Gates are actually built by them. IIRC, they were the first to inhabit deadspace.
