Everyone is talking about jamming, but seem to be forgeting that Arbi, Curse, Pilgrim have bonus for tracking disruptors. You just need to put couple Balmers on Vaga wich should cause considerable difficulties for Vaga. I'm not saying that you can pwn Vaga that way, but maby force fight into a stalemate.

Firstly, tracking disruptors do absolutely nothing to a turrets falloff. ACs are about 10% optimal, 90% falloff. Rangewise the vaga will be hurt very very little.
Secondly, the tracking reduction... In order to exploit this you need to get a high enough transversal. You can ONLY get this (assuming the other pilot has some brains) if you are faster than the other ship. Which vs the vaga the pilgrim most certainly won't be.
In short, you can put 3 t2 TDs with max skills on the vaga on a pilgrim, he will still kill you easily. A curse can at least suck the vaga dry and warp out (no cap = no warp disruptor).

I would only attack a vaga if i knew i could get dual webs on it.
or else my pilgrim most likely would get toasted i'm afraid.

I would attack a vaga even if I could only get one web on it. A mwd vaga that has a 90% speed is still slower than a pilgrim that has an ab. Besides, his mwd will shut off in a few cycles of a neut anyways.
