Collateral is required and trust is essential, in order to establish trust there will only be 2 certified loan distributors for now, if you wish to become a loan distributer please mail in game the current distributors to figure out how to achieve this. The interest rates on these quick and small loans will be larger than on loans of greater size due to their risk and the trouble of the small intervals, the current interest rate is 12%, but to establish trust and gain credibility the first week or so will see a 1% interest rate . The purpose of this venture is to provide to new players what was never given to me, a helping financial hand. This is for serious investments only so come ready with a business plan and collateral ready to be given over to a third party. I am looking for two partners in this to help me seeing as I do not want a monopoly on this new enterprise as it is for the new players benefit and not my own. To become a partner of the venture you will need to have a good bit of liquid isk so that the investments can start to be made right away. The risk of a loan of small stature (500mil, 1bill, 5bill) creates an added risk to the loan so the interest must be higher to compensate for the leap of faith taken. It is a common practice in the real financial world and I see it working just fine here as well, although if the individual loaner wishes to give a smaller interest rate with his clients he is welcome to do so.

On large loans yes we are smaller and are taking a larger risk, thus a larger reward, the interest loans vary form lender to lender and by the situation, those are just base prices.
