tbh I never could understand the purpose of reserve. If the seller won't sell until a reserve is met, why not just say the reserve is the start price from the git go?

well if you bid 100 then i can choose to reject the offer. ofcourse i will consider it if there are no other buyers. Thats the only purpose of it i guess :/

no interest in this item?
it will be great to have, especially with kali coming. Half the CPU fitting of a normal T2 cloak makes alot more setups possible!

if you have cov ops lvl5 fitting of a normal t2 cloak is reduced to 0 cpu already. Kali wont change that. The people that have cov ops 4 are the ones that can gain alot from this module.
