All I had to do was go reactivate like I do every month but how crap would that be if I was using an insta dock while flagged or in the middle of some PvP? Luckily I was just flying around system. When was this brilliant idea introduced? Or I have I just been lucky up until now not to be logged in when my subscription expired or is this new? Either way it is teh suckage, how tight are CCP that you don't even get until your next logout? Anyone ever lost a ship to this? Is it petitionable? Lanfear's Bane. Edit: spelling _ _ _

Not the best way to do it as i would assume if you petiotioned it ccp would tell you to bog off. Having a mail pop up when you log in within 24hrs of account expiration telling you to renew may be a good measure or at least leave it until next log out.

As far as I know its always worked that way, but Ive always done a credit card subscription so I wouldnt encounter this issue. This signature space for rent

Not saying this is so in Lanfear's case, but perhaps it might be. Also some countries have banks and cards that aren't recognised by all online retailers (probably, never really looked into that one). Perhaps this person happens to make alot of ISK and instead of paying for the game with his/her cash, prefers to use CCP's own GTC system. There are alot of reasons to suggest why this, or any person for that matter, might not pay via credit card and they shouldn't be subject to ship loss or what-have-you simply because they couldn't predict the second in advance that their account was to run out. I'd personally suggest a 15 minute timer from the moment your account runs out to log off safe before it boots you out, or if that is too much administration then please at least consider the 'until-next-logoff', I mean you have downtime everyday so its not like you're gonna get people AFKing free subscriptions for months on end :)

I am never getting a Credit Card, too much temptation. If you ain't got it you can't spend it with a Debit Card. Apart from that it works the same I guess. I suppose I will just have to keep an eye on my month running out - I also pay a month at a time just in case I take a break. Lanfear's Bane. _ _ _
