Every time I try to open the skill queue in game it tells me that "This Level of skill cannot be removed from the training queue as there is still a higher level of this skill in training." but when I hover over the skill bar it says no skill is in training. In the character selection window however, I can see which skill is being trained.
Sadly I have no Idea how this came to be as it simply happend when I logged on. |

My queue opens, but the skills are not learning. I solved it: removed one skill (anyone) and pressed "Apply". Worked |

Also get this message.I have no skill in training now - the one I was training should have completed (CPU Management V), but when I try and inject the next one, it says this skill has not been trained and the bar in the skills inventory is still flashing. |

This was caused by reverting from the Brain in a Box test without proper migration scripts. I cleared your skill queues, Amek Vuran and Illiana Togenada, but all progress is lost. This will be properly cleaned up with the new mirror.

Mines been stuck like this for more than week also. Can't even open the Queue to remove a skill.
Doesnt seem to be keeping track of skills either, have Caladri Carrier to 4 but was only launching 5 drones. Then after down time I could launch 9 but the calculated DPS was only 300 and not 800 as it should have been.
And I had trained Capital Shield Operation to 3 before all this but found it was completely gone from my skill queue?

Let's see if I can't make a script that fixed all y'all up nice and proper before Habakuk shows up to beat me with a stick.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.
