There's a limit to how far deniability can really go.
Two things I would like to point out though;
I believe it was Reclaimer who, when faced with the statement 'CA are pirates' asked the question;

That's not proof that can be argued against; they have you bang-to-rights.

As the information that the Xanadu sources are presenting here reputedly comes from a mole inside the CA; the medium from which it was garnered is thoroughly irrelevant.
The CA chose to use an out-of-game communications medium to discuss in-game politics and strategies; you can hardly cry foul that Xanadu "infiltrated" your TS server, when the information was provided by a member of your own alliance.

On these points, you won't get an argument from me; but how is this statement relevant to the proof that Xanadu has presented?
To use your own argument;

No impropriety has taken place.

My guess, and its only a guess, is that they are looking for people to throw under the bus, and then back to their denial thing.
I figure they are looking for volunteers that can be found "guilty" and removed from the alliance, then they'll try to track down the mole, once they think they have him, back to their normal course of pirating.

Hippey you need to give this up. CA members did the exact same thing to CFS. PsXDnS/JadeAfterglow repeated verbatim in local things that were said on the CFS voice server. Besides, if all communications about a game are talking place via voice comms and there is a spy in that corp it's the exact same thing as having a spy reading text chat in a corp channel. Many corps who use voice have their corp chat channel minimized. Your insults aren't really helping to make a point either.

Then of course the CFS "negotiated" with CA for several weeks. The end result is they are planning to start shooting at them again.
You just can't deal with these people man, they have their own agenda and plans, everyone else be damned.
The lower regions are a powder keg, no doubt about it. However as is the case in some alliances, opinions differ between the industrial pacifists which need peace to make capital effectively and the sides that support war. Official policy depends on the balance between these two groups and only action can tell one what this official policy truly is.
Obviously, we are watching everything closely.

but, there re like ever 2 sides about every information everybody can say.
if i would say "its a nice day" somebody other can say to the same day "what a **** weather".
but, what i really miss here is ANY argument of ur side from one of the real minercorps into CA.
i ve met many CA members during some smaller unkown battles. one thing is very funny and most times equal. the "normal" CA player from the peaceful corps dont know about all the piratcorps on your side. many leave the corp when they ve checked only this small information.

I want to explain many things, but im not secure on the method....its hard with a school knowledge of english.
I want only to justify the method of my Corp, AESCorporation, if u play the complete mp3, u can hear many times my CTO, Harkan, talk to peace, with CFS, with Xetic.
At the moment, after meeting, no war are programmed in CFS.....only a "talking about" in the MP3 are.
AESCorporation program is working, defend, and help Curse, my personal idea is mantain the control over the region, warrant passage to Imperial zone in ALL 5 ways for make it.
I not want to talk about any other Alliances pacts (secret or not), but ALL have "dirty secrets" ....this is not the place for talk of this, but "who are without lack, throw the first rock".
ANY Alliance now have pirates or EX-pirates in .
ANY Alliance plan wars or defence, or preventive attack in the enemy territory (see Stain).
Whats the rights for a judgement of the CA by others??
my 2 cents (by an ignorant, but proudly Italian)

OMG , LOL you guys are really funny as hell,as those tapes were sveral days ago and in discussion on TS. Furthermore.. Yodaron from CFS was contacted by Leyla and myself regarding
information we obtained of a personal nature and also a recording about our NAP with CFS,
Third Yodaron can post here and confirm himself that we had reason to be discussing this and he knows first hand that we were right in these discussions. So when you hear these tapes keep in mind that you are free to contact CFS at any time with yodaron that we had serious concerns about material that we obtained and dont feel the need to reveal to forum gossip that wouldnt benifit anyone in the way of peace. So SA and the rest can speculate all theyt want Yodaron knows and maybe CFS may know as well why that talk happened, but CA wont reveal that unless we absolutely have too.

And just like me, I strongly doubt they HACKED anything. Im guessing one of the members (prolly a friend of someone else) leaked it.
