I've always been a promoter of the Bs size arbitrator, however many gallente do not like the idea of an Amarrian ship that matches the dmg output of the dominix.(10% dmg and hp per level)
Here is a proposed solution that would give Amarr our a partial drones boat and keep gallente on top. In effet it is more of an target disruption BS(ew boat).
6 high slots, 4 launcher, 4 turrets
6 mids slots
7 lows
drones bay=250m3
5% bonus to Tracking Disruptor effectiveness per skill level and 5% bonus to armor resistance per level
so we effectively replace the drones bonus by a resistance bonus. This change with the 7 lows allows the ship to be a missive tank. It makes the Domi still the best drones boat and is in line with Amarrian ship which should have the best tanks
Now the DPS on the ship is not even close to the domi but since this is supposed to be a electronic warfare boat it is more in line with the scorp's dmg output.
along with the 4 launcher and 4 turret is give amarrian pilot alot more vesatility

Or how about a Pulse Based BS?
Tracking bonus et all.

ok lets say 6 / 6 / 7 6 turrets = 2-3 nos/nuet + 3-4 pulses... tracking dis as bs bonus??? for what?
True sight isn't given to all that look for it.

5% TD Bonus on BS-Scale is very weak, better would be 20% Optimal like Scorp.
5% Resists belongs to Apoc instead of Cap, Punisher->maller->proph->Apoc.
Abaddon needs something else for a 2nd Bonus, like the 10% Capreduce to lasers (if it gets changed and keeps many turrets) or 5% o Dronedamage and 20% to Drone HP as tradeoff with 200 Dronebay at least.
In short, something worth using below 150km in smaller Gangs and with the EW to support a Fleet if needed.

Hmm.. maybe just the tracking distrupter and the gun cap use bonus.. tada, maybe a ship thats useful, oh... and give it a decent drone bay mkay :)

the curse has 4 launchers. Launcher gives you alot more variaty including a weapon that doesn't require cap.
Fitting 6 pulse on this with no 50% cap bonus brings you to the same problem the current abbadon has
Tracking disruptor bonus on a BS yes.
for what hmmm, how about disrupting tracking.
works great on the pilgrim, curse and arbi. you know the other Amarr tracking disruptor ships

tracking disruption already has a decent optimal range, and 5% works fine on BS as the pilgrim and curse have prouven in many fight with turret BSs. as you stated this would be dizened for support in close range gang engagements, something we really don't have.
as for the 5% resistance on apoc. I agree with you, however the current abbadon has this bonus, so this really doesn't change the fact that the apoc is missing it nor does it mean this ship cannot have it.

this could be another idea however it wouldn't be able to gank nor tank in the case. But i like the suggestion
