I disagree. High sec awoxing was made harder as the CEO actually has to turn off Friendly Fire or whatever it is called. Then after a 24 hour period of waiting will Concord start responding to corp on corp fighting. So as you can see the carebear CEO has to give a crap enough to turn off the friendly fire before hand which judging by killboards that is rarely actually done.

No, AWOXing is still 100% in the game. PVP alliances/corporations will use out of corp/alliance alts to find targets. Alot of HIC alts are out of corp/alliance to not be affliated outside of the killboards. Dictor bubbles and Hic Bubbles (in null) still effect corp/alliance mates. Eve if your corp is set to no friendly fire, alliance can still friendly fire. AWOXing has always gone deeper than a corpie on corpie aggression switch. It is not hard at all to get around that if someone wanted to go that route. It is harder in highsec. Everywhere else in Eve though. It is just as easy as it use to be. Edit: Oh, and proof blah blah blah. You say confirmed, yet there is no proof of this confirmation.
