From an RP point of view, destroyed modules can be discerned from wreckage, but are you really going to cut open the guy's skull and piece together silicon fragments to find out what implants he had? 
Would still be nice to see a full grade Snake set on a killmail though.

I agree, this needs to be implemented... We had some guy in a gang a few days ago get popped then (accidentally) podded... He claimed he had a full set of high grade halos in and wanted cash... Naturally, we told him where to go (he's a 2006 player) and that was the end of it... But how would we have known?
