Your Ignorance and disregard for the advice from shin ra and treelox dooms this loan - with optional dividends which has no collateral for those investing into i - to failure.
I was thinking earlier it was just poorly written and just a crappy IPO. Now i know it's a crappy written, non-IPO. Meaning you won't care about the investors, because you obviously don't care about the skeptics.
If you care about the skeptics, you could have actually gotten isk.
'Tis a shame. Good luck, just make sure you make a post when the corp crumbles k?

I just read through this... wow.
Either the creator of this IPO is honest but has managed to ignore a year of lessons learned by investors, or he's just a **** scammer.
I'm betting the latter, as I highly doubt anyone has actually bought shares in this.

All shares have been refunded and this IPO is closed to to the overall negativity of lame people that think they can just walk up and assume something is a scam because they don't know someone.
I would like to note all of you that spammed about this being a scam can gfys I have refunded everyones isk for shares thanks for the negativity that drove me to not want to pursue this your all winners.

I have resurrected myself from the grave, just to post in this, and a few of the other IPO forums. How can you expect people to give you billions of isk, if you can't even answer questions honestly, and without getting a hot head.
Due to all of the scams over the past year, the Eve Community has toughened itself to a point where, whilst scams will get through, they will have to work their asses off to do so. It won't just take a 20 minute type-up on word, for people to send you 2 billion isk.
I went through reading this for a day before finally being comforted by Shin Ra's honesty. Throughout that time, I was disgusted to see people actually putting money into such a horribly organised operation. Thats why I created this toon on a 7 day trial, as I thought people were just going to give you benefit of the doubt.
Business Plan = 1/100 (because you wrote something)
Reputation = 1/100 (just because you admitted you bought the toon)
Professionalism = 0/100 (speaks for itself, not the best customer relations)
Chance to scam = 90/100 (based on my analysis on your whole setup)
Chance to fail = 100/100 (if not a scam, you have zero knowledge on the markets etc and expected a 10m a week profit off a 4b ipo???)
I am glad you shut this down, as leaving it open was insulting to anyone both past and present that frequents the market forums.
