My apologies if the question had already been answered elsewhere. There's plenty of us who still have millions of RP in racial starship construction and never got lucky in the past. I understand the whole "invention" aspect and the possibility to obtain limited run BPCs. My question is not about that. I wonder if there are any more ships planned to be released through agent RP lottery?

Is ships all you're interested of/hoping to get? Would you settle for some T2 rig BPO:s? 
The thing is that as far as I know CCP isn't going to expand the current pool of T2 ship BPO:s any time soon...they want to see how invention affects it first.

It's very possible that they will seed more T2 BPOs, they have done it at every other major expansion, and they will probably do it at this one too.

I disagree. CCP has made it a point several times to state that using your RPs for tools to do invention will hurt your chances in the lottery.
How could your chances in the lottery get hurt if they're not reseeding it with T2 BPOs?

because each RP is effectively a loterry ticket, so if you spend them on the invention, then you have fewer tickets and a lower chance?

Erm, I think you missed the entire point of the sentence you are replying to.
If CCP never release another T2 BPO then invention can't hurt your chances in the lottery as there will never be another lottery...

OK lemme gets this straight. The point we are trying to make here is CCP said using your RP points will lower your chances for getting a T2 ship bpo. So this in turn means that CCP are planning on releasing more ship BPOs - right?

More T2 BPOs. The rest is just speculation. I just can't see any reason CCP wouldn't release ships along with all the rest.

There wouldn't be any T2 Rigs BPOs, they will not be seeded, the only way to get them will be through invention.
Edit: To clarify(sp), the only way to get T2 Rigs will be to invent some T2 BPCs and build them, as you can't invent BPOs.

bascially i think these guys are after a list of what is going to come out, if a t2 bpo was seeded.
a very valued point was made too, if ccp dont seed any t2 bpos then the use of using your gathered RP for invention wouldnt cut your chances down one bit if NO t2 bpos were seeded.
so far ive heard news on 2 bpos possibly coming into kali and as already said T2 Rigs are only through invention, but it would be interesting to see what ccp has to say about this and about the number of bpos they may be releasing into the game with kali, if any at all.

People are always talking about BPOs. We all understand that almost all (if not all T2 BPOs) are seeded so chance to get one is around zero (except if CCP decide to seed more). Simple solution is to make R&D agents capable to give BPCs. I would not mind to get efficient 5 run BPC for Ishtar or 15 run BPC for Taranis or 30 run BPC for Cap Recharger II.
How that will function I dont know but lets say every month number of BPCs are seeded and R&D agents can offer players to buy them for xxx amount of RP (lottery based or any other system that will work). So each month you have 8 x 5 run efficient BPC for HACs - that is 40 HACs on market and together with inventions prices should go down. Lucky people are spending RPs for buying BPCs so other who were not lucky have more chance next time and that gives a chance to all players to put their hands on some interesting T2 equipment.
Inventions are producing inefficient BPCs, R&D agents are giving efficient BPCs and together with BPO owners T2 market is better supplied, prices going down, some people happy, some not so happy

BPC == Happy for the first 5 minutes you get it...
BPO == License to print your own money.
I'm not asking anything about invention, reverse engineering, voodoo magic or US vote counting practices. All I'm asking can be answered with a single yes or no. Will there be any more T2 ship BPOs distributed using the existing BPO lottery model?

YES.
Lottery is not going anywhere, the invention is just an addition to what IS. However, Devs did mention that they will modify current RnD agent system, sometime int he future, to make it mor einteractive, rather than what it is no. So you would have to work for your BPO, so all those who have theirs now ar elucky sods.

invention is a band aid to the stupid prices we have that all including CCP hates.
invention and some more BPO's would help as it will spread the manufactures about this biulds in compertition that is the problem with the current T2 market is that there is no compertition at all. things like the cloaking devices are belived to be 18 of 20bpo's owned by only 1 player not hard to see the price reasons
