Your Honor, I did a wide ranging sweep of the courtroom we will be using these next few days. Looks like the outbreak is under control. For our safety i have placed a contamination booth around the accusers section to prevent any further outbreaks. Keep in mind this doesn't keep us safe if one of our own decide to go rogue and sprinkle scrotumite all over the place. I will be watching both the accuser and all others for any signs of scrotumensia. The usual Exotic Dancers, Fedo, and your favorite holoreel 'wanted for love' have been placed in your quarters. As the OP has not provided any proof of his scandalous allegations, do not feel obligated in any way to provide any proof in defense of them. Instead, based on the information I have gathered, I will put forth my own version of the events that transpired on that fateful evening, which I will petition to have entered into the official record.
Cade Kenobi joined D-Row in march of last year. After several months of watching the members of his corp place assets haphazardly throughout New Eden, Mr Kenobi decided he would appropriate those assets as soon as a suitable scape goat could be found. Mr Kenobi found such a person in Ms Lock when she joined D-Row in February of this year. Ms Lock is an honest, hard working person, which signaled to Mr Kenobi that she would be the perfect patsy. Mr Kenobi then waited a couple arbitrary months before he put his plan into action.
For the last week, Mr Kenobi has studied the online schedules of his corp mates in order to establish the best time for the relocation operation of the aforementioned assets. He soon discovered a time where almost no other corp member was on besides himself and for Ms Lock, who was known to dock up and go AFK for at least 2 hours nightly in order to attend bible study, and ready several meals for the homeless. As soon as this time came, Mr Kenobi raced to the obviously well secured hangar, and removed several locked down Tech 3 Cruisers as well as a few other smaller assets. Mr Kenobi then dismissed Ms Lock from the corp before other corp members could log back on, in order to stifle her rebuttals to what Im sure were some very unflattering comments and false allegations.
When Ms Lock came back on, she found herself tossed back into a NPC corp with no explanation. She received several notices that she had been set to negative standings by several corp members, all of whom refused to talk with her, more than likely under the direction of Mr Kenobi in order to keep his story of the events as the only story. Ms Lock was unaware of the events which had transpired until she was contacted by the CoCaP this morning in response to this thread.
In light of these obvious facts that I have presented, I move that we indict Mr Cade Kenobi on the charges of Grand Theft Spaceship, Bearing False Allegations against Ms Lock, Failure to Provide Proof in the First Degree, and the most serious crime of all, being an obvious Nitsche alt.
Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Only effective way to do that would be to give a third party your full API key. If they know what to look for, they can confirm or deny the claims made in this thread.

I must add to UAE statements.
I sent a mail out to some buddies of mine in the Black Egales. They, being between ops, had some time to look into this case.
The found the following:
1. The material in question was ordered moved by the op to his personal hangers. I spoke to the mundanes who had to do this on their lunch break and with no pay.
2. The material was then moved by a Nitche Front corperation from the OP's hanger to a undisclosed hanger believed to be own by the Driffters.
3. The Op left a data baddly hidden showing these orders and a long list of communications with the drifters.
So i must ask that the court add the following charges to the OP's case and for it to be published across the net. Violations of the Original Human Dock Worker Statue. High Treason. Use of an unlawful company. Baby killing.
I further request that this case be published on Eve-Who

This story fits all the facts provided in the case and I am convinced is the much more likely version of the events that transpired. Cade Kenobi is indicted on all charges as well as the charges leveled at him by Court Investigator Dradis Aulmais. I would caution all of New Eden against joining Death Row (name says it all really) as this poor young Capsuleer has discovered the rough truth about them the hard way. Em Lock is released from our custody and as soon as he is available I will request Bailiff Tora Bushido to deal with Cade Kenobi should the jury find him guilty of these crimes

I am severly lacking on the first and have none of the second. The 3rd has been recently diminished because like an idiot I moved most of my assets into a wormhole but I think I have some gecko's laying around and I nay just liquefy those and pay you with that as that made me laugh even tho it's probably only as accurate as the OP was :P. if I already did this (I may have sold them already) then I will go out in my ROKH and earn some payment for you sir.

Your Honour may i put forward my version of events on the fateful day in question. Shorty after DT on Sunday the 17th i was informed via text message by corp mate 7395 that the accused was removing ships that did not belong to him from the SMA so i logged in to game as quick as i could. Upon logging in i was informed by another corp mate Den Graae that he had witnessed the accused remove two T3 crusiers from the SMA and fly them to the wormhole entrance where he ejected from them and an accomplice then boarded them. At this point the accused was ignoring all attempts by Den Graae to find out why he was removing his ships from the WH. As i was just about to lock down access to the SMA the accused left corp and logged off.
Upon closer inspection of the SMA we found four T3 crusiers and two faction crusiers to be missing. Fellow corp member Darkeshi D'Lor who had been in a previous corp with the accused then mailed him to say how disapointed he was with the accused's actions and how it reflected badly on himself and several other corp members who had transferred from another corp a couple of months earlier and giving him the option to return the stolen ships, There has so far been no response to this mail from the accused. |

Now, allow me to cross examine --
First, how can it be said that the accused "stole" the ships if he simply removed them from the SMA and flew them away? As no stranger to WH life, I can attest that the proper way to store ships is to use the SAA, and then transfer to the SMA when you intend to use them. This prevents any possibility of someone taking something that isnt theirs, provided you have set the roles up correctly.
So, in closing my first question, is it not true that the accused was ALLOWED access to these ships? Can it not be said that you cannot STEAL something you have ownership of already?? Is it not YOUR fault that the hanger roles were not correctly set up?????!?!?!!111!!ONE!!!
Now for the second question, you state that the accused "left corp and then logged off" right before you were able to lock down the SMA access. How can that be? You cannot quit corp or be kicked while in space.
Lastly, if the witness indeed saw this fine capsuleer take the assets, why was nothing DONE to prevent it?? Why not warp a baby dictor to the exit hole? WHY NOT ROLL THE HOLE so he cant get out???
Ladies, gents, I move that this is an elaborate plot to shift blame, and that OP and his "witness" are the actual thieves. The evidence is clear.

It's a good story. It's really not as good a story as UAE's tho and tbh it is still 100% proofless. Where is the FRAPS footage? Why are there no contracts? Who is the second member of this would be conspiracy to rip you off of a small handful of ships?
Now for my story. I co ran a wormhole corp for roughly 9 months. To limit Corp thefts we had a communal POS that had strict limits on quantities of ships it could have and after that 6 man members POS's. Before this setup we had one POS with 2 SMA's. 1 that was limited and 1 that wasn't. After losing our doctrine DOMI fleet to theft (we didn't get fraps but we did get eyes on as you claim to have done so) we decided we didn't have enough proof to convince another corp that we had been wronged so we took space justice into our own hands and several months later he lost a 5bil isk incursion vindi and a 3bil isk pod for the 1.8bil isk stolen.
We altered our setups to the members/communal pos. Another corp theft took place 3-4 months later this time from somebody I had recruited. I was devastated and took it personally upon myself to organize a corp 100% tax site running fleet where we all chipped in to replace the meager 3bil that was stolen. This time I had all the proof I needed and instead of tipping my hand simply waited until he joined another wormhole corp and contacted the CEO. I provided my proof and we got him stripped of about 1bil worth of a prot and he now has a lovely medal for Corp Theft that will stick with him for all time. Oh did I mention that my vengeance didn't stop there. Turns out his main was a recruiter for a prominent wormhole corp. To date we have siphoned off roughly 7bil worth of his personal ships that he still has no idea where they have wound up.
That is how you deal with these things. Posting proofless threads makes you a victim and a target. Hell this is the forum where half the locals are the guys are alleviating unused space assets from unwary Corps and they all now know you won't even catch them in the act assuming this isn't some elaborate recruitment scam.
On a side note I did notice a incursion fit rokh in the defendants assets list hint hint. Post here if you ever get your vengeance but otherwise don't be surprised if you see our fleet first demanding justice for the time we wasted in the form of blood.
I rule the OP is guilty of all charges and is fined all Legal Fees and is further more fined to the tune of 2bil ISK to be sent to either Leto or Myself. Case Closed.

Reading this statement brings something to my attention. Recent traces of Scrotumite are being detected near Cade Kenobi's temporary quarters. Evidence of this can be seen in the 2 likes he has received without providing still yet a single iota of evidence against Em Lock. Where the others are from will take further investigation.

Or an even older scam is recruit a new guy let them build up a stockpile of ships then kick them for 'being a corp thief' and keep their ships for yourself. The part I find hardest to swallow is that somebody witnessed 'the removal of several T3's' and yet didn't manage to take a single screenshot or try to kill the culprit. There is a 5min CD on using a wormhole people. I'm assuming several T3's is more then 2. You had more then 10mins to get some sort of proof and yet all we have is the testimony of one player which isn't corroborated by the API of the supposed thief. Oh upon pointing that out suddenly there was a 'second person' helping out that is unnamed.
Don't worry Em Lock I have entered into a tournament in your name and should I win Justice will be served to those clearly falsely accusing you. Leto shall lead the crusade should I win however should I fall before the honorable Leto tomorrow I will personally lead the crusade to clear your good name. Should they not be falsely accusing you I would like to instead congratulate you on the best corp thieving ever pulled off. Not only did you get away without a shred of evidence on you but you are also clearly such a bad ass that your corp dared not even try to stop you.

For somebody to turn up here with a video, a series of screenshots, some kill mails or you know just a shred of proof to make the 'he stole my ships' stories slightly believable. So far in the last 2 months we have 'somebody else saw it' 'confirmed corp thief and a bad one at that' and my favorite 'I contracted my things to him and he was supposed to move them. I didn't do it as a courier contract with collateral though'

Sir, Though an idea as such is a good one. It would put us out of a job, and i have a wife 4 kids 3 fedo and a turtle. Though the work is tough, and hours long. I never wanna go back to a time pre-nitshe as horrble as she may be. Let the allegations flow i say. Helps to weed out the ones who shouldn't have launched in the first place.
