I am selling my alt because I got no use for him anymore.
He comes with no real assets, has some implant, and a JC in empire
It can run Recons, hacs, assault frigates, bs, coverts, etc.
The character can use tech2 tachyon aswell as medium pulse/beams T2, T2 medium drones and T2 hardners.
Startbid and reserve 1.5 billion isk.
Buyout: 3 bill (tad high, but don't know much I should ask)
Increasements: 50m
End time: 20th november
No Sniper
