As far as I know, what you see on http://www.eve-online.com/patches.asp is all of the non chaos patches, so the only way for you to get back up to the current build would be to reinstall.

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough... I want the patches for the testserver... I can only find 1238-1294.. I need the earlier ones.
Cant seem to find them but then again computers hate me... For the most part I hate em back

1238 is the current build of Tranquility, so 1238-1294 are the only patches around for Chaos.

Install EVE (if it isn't already). Patch to the current Tranq build (1238). Copy this folder to another location. Download the Chaos patches. Apply them to copy you just made. Presto. All ready for Chaos.
