It is quite clear you have never done any real PvP.
Then you've never done any real pvp in wow either, i half agree witht he open post, and ive played both games since there betas
WoW pvp gives you more options you have stuff like field of view, movement, crowd control and anywhere from 8-20 abilities which you have bound to your keyboard. Basically you actually have ALOT more to consider when you're in combat than you do before hand
Eve pvp is more about preperation than actually in combat 'skill', if you're lucky before a fight you got to consider, Can i take them in my current ship? do i have more sp than them? are my fittings likely to be better than theres? what range to i warp in? etc, same goes iif you're actually attacked, but you have less time to think about it, do i try and run or do i stay and fight. Once you're in the fight you have very little to do actually compared to wow, turn on your guns, make sure you turn your rep on at the right time, try to keep the distance/get closer keep the transversal speed high/low, in fleet battles you have hardly anything to do as an indivual, Eve can run pretty much without using keyboard binds without much affect on your performance in pvp, in wow if you wanna be a good pvp'er you have to use keyboard binds.
Now to an outsider this mite sound like am favouring wow pvp more than eve pvp but theres another thing to consider.
Risk vs Reward
Lets look at eve first, i dont think any game out there has the risk vs reward level eve has, you can lose hours, days, weeks, months, years worth of work in a flash in eve, ive actual felt my heart in my throat & my adrenline pumping like crazy, when warping into a battle where ive been majorly outnumbered knowing theres a 90% chance i wont walk out with my rather expensive ship at the end of it, the same kinda feeling you get just before you have a RL fight against someone as strong or stronger than you, and when you come out as the winner its like a hit of coke :P really only eve ever done this for me and ive played almost all mmo's and ive played quake at a very high level also.
But this isnt all good... because the risk can be so high it means 80% of people in eve will a)avoid fighting altogether b) only fight when they are pretty **** sure they will win. i myself have done both, i wont make out like im fearless pvp'er. This leads to the bad side of eve pvp, tha mad heart pounding rush dont happen nearly enough as we'd like, sometimes not for days, weeks, months! Sure you can push yourself out there but you can only do that until you end up losing everything then have to make some money, if this doesnt happen it means you arent taking risks. Basically EVE pvp is hardcore as it gets, but sometimes its too hardcore and what i mean by this is theres alot of downtime where you either cant get decent fights or arent able too due to losing what you had.
WoW now, in outdoor pvp you arent risking anything really, you die it'll take you a few mins to run back to your corpse and respawn, if you're lucky they aint camping you or you can escape or fight again, battleground pvp if your on the losing team again all you're losing is 20mins of your time and you'll still get some action. There are times where you take risks also, fight someone whos got better gear or you fight outnumbered, now ofc this is never the same rush you get from eve, its more of a smaller dose but you get lot more of it. You can logon and most of the time get some pvp action right away, eve you mite logon for 4 hours and get nothing
Basically wow = lots of bong hits of weed & eve = one needle of ******
both have their good and bad sides, if you have the time to spare eve is more rewarding, if you dont have the time to spare wow is more rewarding. TBH the perfect mmo would be somewhere between eve and wow
