he is in high sec, in lonetrek system nourvurkaiken and he is in my corp, where my other char is aswell, and you can leave without probs :)

well i got it from a friend who had have fun with it, he have -1,3 security status, 100k bounty, why i dont know :)
he is full with +3 implants, thats something new i did, so thats a bonus to you
