Just out of interest isnt NAP'ing one of the larger entitys in Syndicate counter productive to the reason you came?
Only been here a week and already NAPing, seems a bit odd to me, but hey ho.
Oh and Ifni, once again, youre clueless, love how you seem to think you know exactly what we are doing and why, and actualy know nothing.

As I understand it, the OSS NAP is purely a non-aggression pact - we don't shoot them, they don't shoot us, and that's that. There are to be no joint fleet actions and no mutual assistance agreements. It's one of those things that you swallow for the sake of your overall goals & objectives, I suppose...step by step, walk the thousand-mile road. 
So if you AE lads are worried that we're going to start flying around with OSS and uber-zerging you or somesuch, fear not! We just want to put some extra effort into you lovely gentlemen and not be distracted by peripheral affairs, s'all.

We arent concerned, just find it amusing that within a week one of the larger entitys is already NAP'd.
And as for "not" having joint fleets, was that NOQ BSs spotted with OSS frigs and cruisers, in the same gang recently?

MBYTES and COE moved in under invitation, rather than being here already and then nap'd if that makes sense. They're friends and we <3 them so we wanted to give them access to space we don't have the full use for, and in COE's case especially, allow them to give some people 0.0 experience who previously did not have it (as well as many who did) in quite possibly the most fun region going. RMA (I presume that's Rogue Method Alliance?) are neutral to us and we shoot them.
The questions about NoQ and OSS nap'ing were purely because them and us are probably the clear "factions" in lower syndicate and a 3 way conflict sounded incredibly exciting, hearing that two sides decide to nap makes things less exciting, even if they don't directly work together.

and a quick post to say that as far as I am aware, RMA are not napped with NoQ, OSS, or AE, and have been engaged in some shooty shooty with all three over the past weeks. It's been fun

Thank you for your candor, it is a refreshing break from what has gone before. I stand corrected on your relationship with Rogue Method Alliance, it was a mistake on my behalf and I stand by it. I had seen several mails detailing both RIOT and RMA ships working together and had drawn the conclusion that you were working together.
Despite what Nebuli would have people believe, I was correct in my assesment of the relationship between yourselves and COE/MBYTES,
As for NoQ and OSS, well, DNA has no NAP's with anyone of consequence at present beyond alt corps and some belated longterm allies. Perhaps you should all reset your standings and just go nuts, it certainly opens up the field and may let you have that three way some of you were looking for

The same gang? I doubt it.
OSS pilots have come by and pew-pew'd at some of the same targets as the gangs I've been in, and I wouldn't hesitate to do the same with one of their gangs (unless asked to leave, ofc.) -- that's to be expected of nonbelligerents who happen to share some of the same target sets. But actually ganged together and coordinating efforts -- no.
Nothing against the OSS guys. It just hasn't happened, afaik. Maybe if the leadership so decides, it'll be in the cards later.

common u empire wanna be PVPers whats needed down here is more shooty we have 6 small to medium sized corps - alliances wheres the rest. Notice the odd BOB, razor and other pilots to floating arond. Still is reasonable excitement shame about the no 3 way contest but hey tiems will change again and again
