think it has more to do with the pilot than the fittings here. Getting into web range when you dont have to is never a good idea. even on a indy or mining barge

This is not the first time this has happened, a barge pilot with tech II drones and good skills are not to be trifled with in a frigate.

well seeing as the hulk has higher resist then a hac, and the abilty to use 5 drones i dont see what's so amazing ? now if it was a procurer i would say wtg

It's not a credit to the Hulk pilot, it's the worst crow pilot ever.
