Fleet Command
I think the Devs forgot Squadron Command. In this image it shows the skill hiearchy of the leadership branch.
Leadership - P:Willpower S:Charisma - Training:1x - Duration Bonus 1% - Scan Res. 2%
Allows command of a squadron. Increases maximum squadron size by 2 members per skill level, up to a maximum of 10 members.
Wing Command - P:Charisma S:Willpower - Training:8x - Req: Leadership V
Allows command of a Wing. Grants the Wing Commander the ability to operate a new Squadron per skill level, up to a maximum of 5 Squadrons.
Fleet Command - P:Charisma S:Willpower - Training:12x - Req: Wing Command V, Leadership V
Allows command of a Fleet. Grants the Fleet Command the ability to command a new Wing per skill level, up to a maximum of 5 Wings.
This doesn't make much sense. What happened to Squadron Command? I would say insert Squadron Command between Leadership and Wing Command. So they would be as follows:
Leadership:
Allows command of a squadron. Increases maximum squadron size by 2 members per skill level, up to a maximum of 10 members.
Squadron Command: REQ: Leadership V
Allows command of a Wing. Increases maximum wing size by 1 squadron per skill level, up to a maximum of 5 Squadrons.
Wing Command: REQ: Squadron Command V, Leadership V
Allows command of a Fleet. Increases maximum fleet size by 1 wing per skill level, up to a maximum of 5 Wings.
Fleet Command: REQ: Wing Command V, Squadron V, Leadership V
Allows command of a Corp. Increases maximum corp size by 1 fleet per skill level, up to a maximum of 5 Fleets.
This is probably how it should be. |

You had a small mistake there, fixed it for you. (you don't need 5x256 = 1280 strong fleets for anything else then killing nodes)

Well then swap Squadron Command and Leadership. I admit I've trained this skill and don't want it to go to waste.

Squad Command is renamed to Warfare Link Specialist of something like that; it still does what it used to.
