I was randomly flying through Algintal this week looking for Omber not mined out (no luck there).
What i did find was a bunch of Univerity of Caile agents and complexes [n]not[/b] listed on EVE-Info, that gave out FON-related missions. The Ebony Tower in Barmalie, Arid Park in Alsottobier, and Natura Seminary in Audaerne.
Have the Gallente at long-last gotten new COSMOS content, or were they just left off EVE-Info?

We opened up a few agent sites there which had never been put into release mode for some inexplicable reason.

they are low level agents and the missions are rather . . . . :/ but was nice to see them implemented . . If you manage to activate the agent who requires the Letter from Preaul Gallot ( cant spell :/) could you let me know as I Bug Reported her a while back and still get no lub :(

I petitioned her and got the respons that she's bugged/not yet implemented.
Yeah, they're easy, low-level missions, but they give ok faction standing boosts and the usual random BPCs.

Have you activated the agents giving out the Navy BPC or are they still inactive?

Yes and one of the agents is still broken 
Ystvia Lamuette at the Ivory tower in Barmalie
i got the leter from Preaux Gallot.

All of the missions were tested before we released them. If an agent seems broken, there might be a workaround. But either way, submit a bug report with a detailed description of the bug and we will look into it.

hi there,
can anybody tell me why i cant find the 'ivory tower' in barmalie?
i got this letter from 'preaux gallot' which i have to take to the agent 'ystvia lamuette' in even that location but there is none - only the ebony tower.
i scanned the whole system but nothing to find there.
isnt it implemented yet or am i an idiot and just do something wrong?

cause its borkadelic. the ivory tower doesnt exist and the agent is actually in the ebony tower. BTW shes broken. bug report it :)

Preaux Gallot gives you the letter, she's working fine, and give you the letter and referral when you finish her mission sequence.
You have no time limit on delivering the letter, so Ystvia Lamuette's broken-ness won't shaft you if you take Preaux's missions.

Gallente cosmos had 8 gallente agents. That's what's wrong with gallente cosmos, what's wrong with Amarr?
EDIT: And seriously, if it was an obvious mistake that some agents were missing, why didn't it get caught in testing FOR OVER A FULL YEAR? Too little too late.

Also, I can confirm that Ystvia lamuette is broken. I have the referral letter which says to talk to her in The Ivory Tower, but it's actually called The Ebony Tower and she isn't talking to me. I have high enough standings for a level 3 agent.
So I guess that solves the mystery as to why they didn't realise during testing that all these agents were missing - It was never tested after release. -_-;
Filing a big report now.
