First ECM to me this should only be fitable in a ecm specific ship, why because other ships wernt supposed to use ecm imop just like battleships should not be able to use covert cloakes which they cant. To do this i would add the bonus of reduce cpu needs of all ecm mods by 99% to all ecm ships then increase the cpu requirement of ecm to 500cpu per module, this would make fitting ecm to none ecm ships a waste of time and for me would make better pvp. ecm ships should ecm v well anything else should suck bad.
Now flame at will :)
Second ive always shield tanked but as i look to pvp soon i find that all the usefull pvp equipment are mid slot items, scrammers, webbers, ecm. Why not make modules that do the same job but are low slot modules this would bring balance to pvp ships as atm id say most people armour tank in pvp as it leaves there mids free to fit offensive mods.

if the EW goes well, then you don't need to be tanked anyway ;)
and if you only let EW get used by a hand full of ships... and all of those ships are of 1 race, then you completely ruine the balance... and make 1 race way overpowered...

Well bro since your a caldari (Missle spamming *****) and im sure you have an uber tank on your pretty little raven but you want to be able to hold down the noobs that run with stabs so you come onto the forums to complain and ask why o why cant i be uber. This is a game of teamwork, get a tackler and live with it.

hmm let me see maga can pwn a frig from 200kms overpowered? yep alot of gun ships have way more dps than a raven and can web and scram so er u just dont want the raven to be able to do what megas can, do u. But i said flame and u did so lol

and ur caldari to surly it should be just as easy to pvp solo in a raven as it is in a mega since there screwing missiles again

Sometimes I wonder if they are playing on some secret EVE server, where they have other caldari than on Tranquility. Yea, that must be it

well gunnery people aways moan about the uber npcer that is without doubt the raven so im just *****ing about the fact that gun ships are uber in pvp, instant dmg, scram, jam and web without herting tank, sorry for me if people want the raven nerfed and ive seen many that do then so should uber gunner pvp ships. Example? domi can scram, web, jam, nos and super tank and rip u to bits with drones which can be redeployed if attacked and it can easily be the fastest bs around so u aint gonna outrange it for long. so ftw is that all about??? uber pvp or what. Also to solo pvp u gotta be close in so u can scram them, again gankathon rocks.
There screwing missiles again but there doing nothing to improve the pvp potential of a raven, yes ravens can tank v nicely but ur saying armour tanking cant be uber as well?? Sorry i think all mid slot equipment should be available for low slots and the reverse true, it would give u alot more freedom to setup ur ship.
And anyway if scrams and webbers were low slots id have to screw my dps or tank or forget stabs so whats the dam problem

insaine dps???????? wtf u obviously havent flown ravens before there dps sucks ass, yes they always hit for the same dmg but if u use jav torps u cant move ur max dps is about 550 or so oh and ur enemie can warp before they hit, and sniping bs would pwn it and a gankaggon could get within range pretty quick and pwn it 2, When i do pvp i dont see many ravens about do u?? because any decent solo pvper knows ravens suck alone.

So the raven needs to be an awesome solo pvp ship too? Oh and by the way, you can armor tank your raven/scorp like everyone else does in pvp. Do remember that you can't scram anything from 200k and that you wont be soloing anyone that's half paying attention since they can just align and warp if they're in a battleship and if you're in a cruiser or small you might get popped but hey who cares it's 7 mil

All im saying is lots of people moan about the uber raven and how cpp should nerf it and ccp does just that. I find this unfair as although the raven is kind of npcing in pvp it leaves alot to be desired, i was happy enough with the current nerf but this new one in kali imo sucks. And before you flame be sure that u have flown a raven in both npcing and pvping so u know what ur talking about.
Oh and i never said the raven should be awsome at pvp, just be able to compete with other race bs's thats all
